We’re excited to share a new chapter in the evolution of one of MJL Group’s key project developments - Mezaparka Nams has officially rebranded as Meira Garden.
On the Devon platform, two funding rounds for the project have already been completed. Located in Mežaparks, the greenest and most prestigious district in Riga, the capital of Latvia, the development features a 2,743 m² residential complex comprising two three-storey buildings, offering a total of 36 modern apartment units.
Initially known as Mezaparka Nams, the project carried this name throughout its first financing rounds, which focused on securing the land, refining the design, and preparing for development. The name reflected the original vision and planning approach created by the previous owner.
Now, with key milestones nearly complete - including the acquisition and re-registration of the company that holds the land, project rights, and building permits - the development is entering a new stage of maturity, and with it, a new identity.
“We’ve taken a major step forward. MJL Group has signed the purchase agreement, and all required documentation has been submitted to the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia,” says MJL Group CEO, Jānis Legzdiņš. “At the same time, we’ve refined the project to match our modular construction standards, as our affiliated company, Rebalt Modular Systems, will manufacture all structural modules for the buildings. The project has now taken on its true shape and scale - and we believe it’s the right moment also to introduce a brand that reflects this transformation.”
Enter Meira Garden - a name that embodies the spirit of the project and the lifestyle it offers. This rebranding emphasises calmness, balance, and harmony with nature. Designed as a peaceful urban retreat, Meira Garden invites residents to slow down, recharge, and enjoy life in one of Riga’s most serene settings.
