Construction of rental apartment buildings continues actively at 54 Ganību Street, Jelgava. Currently, modular structure assembly is underway for the second half of the first building, along with the construction of the staircase and installation of internal engineering communications.
It is planned that by mid-April, all five floors of the first building will be assembled, and the roof will be installed. Foundation work for the second apartment building will begin soon, with the modular structures for the first floor scheduled to be installed in mid-May.
