We are introducing the Loyalty rewards program

Since its launch in March 2025, Devon has been dedicated to providing investors with access to top-class real estate projects - developments and renovations that stand out for their quality and great locations. Our community of investors continues to grow steadily (reaching 800 at the end of October), showing trust in MJL Group’s performance and a shared vision for long-term success.

Recognising this ongoing commitment, Devon is introducing the Loyalty Rewards Program - a way to thank our most dedicated investors and help their money work even harder.

Loyalty that pays off

“When a partnership is win-win for both sides, it can last for years. Our real estate development and renovation projects typically take 2–3 years to complete. Because of this, we value investors who are committed to supporting us long-term. To show our appreciation, we created the Loyalty Rewards Program, which automatically rewards our long-term partners with additional annual interest,” comments Jānis Legzdiņš, CEO of MJL Group.

It is super simple! Your loyalty level — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum — is automatically determined by your total active investment amount across all Devon projects. The higher your level, the bigger your rewards.

How It Works

Once your total active investment reaches one of the thresholds below, your loyalty level is automatically activated:

• Bronze: invest ≥ €10,000 and earn +0.5% p.a.
• Silver: invest ≥ €25,000 and earn +0.75% p.a.
• Gold: invest ≥ €50,000 and earn +1% p.a.
• Platinum: invest ≥ €100,000 and earn +1.5% p.a.

Your loyalty bonus is added to the standard project interest rate, meaning every project you fund earns more — every single day.

Your portfolio’s total is calculated from all outstanding investments, including compound interest. So the more you invest and reinvest, the more your loyalty grows.

It is worth remembering that if you submit an Early Exit request, your status will be suspended for 180 days after it is processed.

Once this period ends, your loyalty level will automatically be reinstated according to your current active investment amount.
