The first two weeks of Devon’s launch have shown strong interest from the real estate lending community, with over 400 lenders registering on the platform. In response to this growing engagement, we’ve launched a Telegram chat dedicated to fast, open, and direct communication with our lenders.
Clear, timely updates are essential for transparency and helping you feel more connected to the projects you support. The Devon lenders' official chat is the place to receive important updates and insights and engage in meaningful discussions about our ongoing and upcoming projects.
This group also allows you to ask the Devon team questions directly. Our management team will monitor the chat, ensuring your messages are seen and responded to with care.
To maintain a focused environment, the chat is available only to lenders who have already funded at least one project on the Devon platform.
